The structure of the hydraulic automatic round rolling machine is a three roll symmetrical type. The upper roll is vertically lifted and lowered by the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on the piston at a symmetrical position in the center of the two lower rolls. The final gear of the main reducer drives the two lower roll gears to mesh and rotate, providing torque for the rolled sheet. A plastic metal plate with a flat specification is rolled into the required circular tube, cone tube or part thereof through multiple continuous bending steps by the hydraulic automatic rolling machine between the three working rollers (two lower rollers and one upper roller), with the help of the downward pressure of the upper roller and the rotational motion of the lower roller. The disadvantage of this automatic hydraulic coiling machine is that the end of the sheet needs to be pre bent with the help of other equipment. The hydraulic automatic coiling machine is suitable for large coiling machines with a thickness of over 50mm. A row of fixed rollers is added to the lower part of the two rollers to shorten the span of the two rollers, thereby improving the accuracy of the coiled workpiece and the overall performance of the machine.
